Shipping costs are calculated based on the country of destination. The costs for postage and packaging are shown at checkout after clicking on "proceed to payment" and before final payment. In principle, the goods are sent within 2-5 working days after payment of the order. If you wish to have the goods delivered to an address other than the customer's, it is your responsibility to inform us of the desired delivery address.

We accept all major credit cards Visa, Mastercard or American Express. Payments can also be made by Apple Pay or TWINT (only valid in Switzerland).

These are hygiene articles, therefore only unopened items can be returned in exceptional circumstances. The items must be unused, in excellent condition and returned in the original packaging.

Defective products must be reported in writing within 7 days of receipt. Otherwise the products are considered to have been formally accepted.

Please state the exact reason for your refund request when contacting our customer service department. We will evaluate your return request and inform you of any further steps to be taken.

Orders leave our warehouse in excellent condition and cannot be returned or exchanged. Packages damaged in transit and arrive defective on arrival can be evaluated for reshipping. For packages that do not arrive at the correct destination can also be evaluated for reshipping.

We will evaluate the condition of the goods and the options of reshipping or a return. If defects are not reported in writing within 2 days of receipt, the products are considered to have been formally accepted.

Application for the Revitalise Serum
Apply a small quantity of serum to damp hair from the roots, to the lengths and smoothing the ends. The product is rich in natural ingredients, so start with less product than your usual routine, and reapply as needed. Air dry hair naturally or blow dry and style. Re-apply the serum for complete hydration.

Application for the Nourish Cream
Apply a very small amount of cream to towel dried hair. Air dry or heat style hair. Re-apply a small amount of cream to dry hair to smooth fly-away ends. Apply the cream directly to the scalp to soothe dandruff and itchy scalps, or protect from heat styling. Apply to help protect before exposure to chlorine or the sun. This rich cream is particularly suitable for very thick or dry hair. Start with a small amount and reapply as required.

This is a product based on natural ingredients without artificial preservatives. Therefore, we recommend the product is stored for no more than 12 months after opening. It is advisable to keep your product in a dry place and away from direct light and heat. However, you do not need to keep it in a cool place, room temperature is sufficient.
